欢迎使用 Athlyra。我们重视您的隐私，并致力于以最小化数据收集的方式提供运动、健康状态与营养记录功能。本应用主要在您的设备本地处理和保存数据；如您主动开启 iCloud，同步将通过您的 Apple iCloud 账户完成。
Welcome to Athlyra. We respect your privacy and aim to provide fitness, wellness, and nutrition tracking features with minimal data collection. The app is designed to process and store most data locally on your device. If you choose to enable iCloud, synchronization is handled through your Apple iCloud account.
适用范围 / Scope
本隐私政策适用于 Athlyra iOS 与 watchOS 相关功能。本应用用于运动数据监测、运动指标展示、餐食记录、营养信息查询与个人记录管理。Athlyra 不提供医疗建议、医学诊断、治疗或疾病预防服务。
This Privacy Policy applies to Athlyra features on iOS and related watchOS functionality.Athlyra is designed for fitness tracking, performance metrics, meal logging, nutrition information, and personal record management.Athlyra does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or disease prevention.
可能处理的数据 / Data We May Process
运动数据与指标，例如训练时长、步数、活动能量、距离、心率及用户授权的其他 HealthKit 数据。用户自行输入的身体资料、训练记录、目标、备注及其他个人记录。用户自行记录的餐食、食品名称、份量、营养成分及相关备注。在用户主动授权并使用相关功能时，相机或相册中的图片可用于餐食记录、识别或资料添加。应用设置、提醒设置、偏好及本地使用状态。在免费版本显示或播放第三方广告时，广告服务提供商可能处理设备标识符、广告互动信息、粗略位置、诊断信息或其他为广告投放、频次控制、防欺诈及广告效果衡量所需的数据，具体范围取决于设备设置、地区、用户授权及广告服务提供商的实际处理方式。Athlyra 不会将 HealthKit、运动、心率、身体资料、餐食或营养记录提供给第三方广告服务用于广告定向或广告画像。
Fitness and activity data, such as workout duration, steps, active energy, distance, heart rate, and other HealthKit data you choose to authorize.Profile information, training records, goals, notes, and other information you choose to enter.Meals, food names, serving sizes, nutrition information, and related notes you choose to record.”Camera or Photo Library content when you explicitly grant permission and use image-based meal or record features. App settings, notification preferences, and local app state.When third-party advertisements are displayed or played in the free version, advertising providers may process device identifiers, advertising interaction information, coarse location, diagnostics, or other data needed for ad delivery, frequency control, fraud prevention, and advertising measurement, depending on device settings, region, user permissions, and the provider’s actual practices.Athlyra does not provide HealthKit, workout, heart-rate, body, meal, or nutrition records to third-party advertising services for ad targeting or advertising profiles.
HealthKit 与 Apple Health

Athlyra accesses or writes HealthKit data only after receiving your explicit permission.Steps, heart rate, workouts, active energy, and related information are provided or recorded through Apple Health and HealthKit.HealthKit data is used only to provide fitness metrics, activity trends, workout summaries, and related personal insights.HealthKit data is not used for advertising, marketing, or advertising profiling.We do not sell HealthKit data and do not provide it to data brokers.Unless a feature clearly requires otherwise and you choose to use it, Athlyra does not upload HealthKit data to third-party servers.You can revoke HealthKit permissions at any time through the Health app or iOS Settings.Permission prompts match iOS Health authorization: you can change any read/write grant anytime in system Settings.
餐食与营养信息 / Meals and Nutrition Information
Athlyra 可用于记录餐食并查询食品的热量、蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物、维生素、矿物质及其他营养成分。营养信息可能来自食品标签、公开数据库、用户输入或算法估算，因此可能存在误差。餐食与营养数据仅用于一般信息、个人记录和健康生活参考，不构成医疗、临床营养或治疗建议。用户不应仅依赖 Athlyra 的营养信息作出医疗、疾病管理或临床饮食决定。
Athlyra may be used to record meals and view information such as calories, protein, fat, carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients.Nutrition information may be based on product labels, public databases, user input, or algorithmic estimates and may therefore be inaccurate or incomplete.Meal and nutrition information is provided for general information, personal tracking, and wellness purposes only and is not medical, clinical nutrition, or treatment advice.You should not rely solely on Athlyra for medical, disease-management, or clinical dietary decisions.
相机与相册 / Camera and Photo Library
Athlyra 仅在您主动授权后访问相机或相册。相机与相册可用于添加餐食照片、记录图片或其他由您主动选择的内容。应用不会在未获得授权的情况下访问您的照片。除非功能界面明确告知并由您主动操作，照片不会被上传至第三方服务器。
Athlyra accesses the Camera or Photo Library only when you grant permission.These permissions may be used to add meal photos, record images, or other content you choose.The app does not access your photos without permission.Photos are not uploaded to third-party servers unless a feature clearly explains this and you actively choose to use it.
iCloud 与数据同步 / iCloud and Synchronization
如果您启用 iCloud，同步数据将通过您的 Apple iCloud 账户和 Apple CloudKit 服务保存与同步。iCloud 数据受 Apple 的隐私与安全机制管理。您可以在系统设置中关闭 iCloud 或停止 Athlyra 的 iCloud 同步。如未启用 iCloud，相关数据通常保存在您的设备本地。HealthKit 衍生数据（睡眠、恢复、心率序列、日评分等）仅保存在本机，不会进入可选的 iCloud 私人备份。
If you enable iCloud, supported data may be stored and synchronized through your Apple iCloud account and Apple CloudKit.iCloud data is governed by Apple’s privacy and security systems.You can disable iCloud or Athlyra iCloud synchronization in system settings.If iCloud is not enabled, relevant data is generally stored locally on your device.HealthKit-derived data (sleep, recovery, heart-rate series, daily scores, and similar) stays on-device and is never included in optional Private iCloud backups.
通知 / Notifications
在您授权后，Athlyra 可发送训练、活动、记录或其他您启用的提醒。通知权限可以随时在系统设置中关闭。
With your permission, Athlyra may send workout, activity, logging, or other reminders that you enable.You may disable notifications at any time in system settings.
广告与激励广告 / Advertising and Rewarded Ads
Athlyra 的免费版本可能显示横幅广告、插页广告或其他第三方广告；部分功能也可能提供由用户主动选择观看的激励广告。当激励广告可用时，用户可以选择观看广告，以获得界面中明确说明的一次性或临时功能访问、继续操作或其他应用内权益。观看激励广告不会自动购买、订阅或永久解锁付费功能。广告的加载、展示、播放、完成状态及奖励发放可能需要与第三方广告服务进行通信。广告服务提供商可能处理设备标识符、广告互动、粗略位置、诊断信息及广告效果相关信息，具体取决于用户授权、设备设置、地区和广告服务提供商的实际处理方式。如适用，Athlyra 会按照系统和地区要求请求广告相关的隐私选择或跟踪授权。用户拒绝跟踪授权并不代表应用不能显示广告；在适用情况下，仍可能显示非个性化或受限制的广告。Athlyra 不会使用或向广告服务提供商提供 HealthKit 数据、心率、训练记录、身体资料、餐食记录或营养数据用于第三方广告定向、营销画像或数据经纪。付费或 PRO 用户是否免广告，以及哪些功能可通过广告临时解锁，以应用内购买页面和相关功能界面的实际说明为准。
The free version of Athlyra may display banner, interstitial, or other third-party advertisements. Certain features may also offer rewarded advertisements that the user chooses to watch.When a rewarded advertisement is available, you may choose to watch it to receive the one-time or temporary feature access, continuation, or other in-app benefit clearly described in the interface. Watching a rewarded ad does not automatically purchase, subscribe to, or permanently unlock paid features.Loading, displaying, playing, confirming completion of advertisements, and granting rewards may require communication with third-party advertising services. Advertising providers may process device identifiers, ad interactions, coarse location, diagnostics, and advertising measurement information depending on user permissions, device settings, region, and the provider’s actual practices.Where applicable, Athlyra will present advertising privacy choices or request tracking permission as required by the platform or applicable region. Declining tracking permission does not necessarily prevent advertisements from being shown; non-personalized or otherwise restricted ads may still be displayed where applicable.Athlyra does not use or provide HealthKit data, heart-rate information, workout records, body information, meal records, or nutrition data to advertising providers for third-party ad targeting, marketing profiles, or data brokerage.Whether paid or PRO users receive an ad-free experience, and which features may be temporarily accessed through advertising, is governed by the descriptions shown on the in-app purchase and relevant feature screens.
第三方数据共享 / Third-Party Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data.We do not use your HealthKit, fitness, body, or meal data for third-party advertising.We do not provide this data to data brokers.If a future feature requires an external service, the app should clearly explain its purpose and the relevant data scope before use and request permission when required.Athlyra may use third-party advertising services to load, display, play, and measure advertisements. Those services may process advertising-related data under their own privacy policies.Advertising-service data is kept separate from Athlyra’s HealthKit, workout, body, meal, and nutrition records; those health and personal records are not used for third-party ad targeting.
数据保存与删除 / Data Retention and Deletion
本地数据会保存在您的设备中，直到您删除记录、重置应用或卸载应用。启用 iCloud 后，部分数据可能继续保存在您的 iCloud 中，直到您在相应 Apple 服务中删除。您可以使用应用内提供的删除功能删除相关记录（如该功能可用）。
Local data remains on your device until you delete the relevant records, reset the app, or uninstall the app.If iCloud is enabled, some synchronized data may remain in your iCloud account until you delete it through the relevant Apple service.You may delete applicable records using in-app deletion features where available.
数据安全 / Data Security
Athlyra 尽可能使用 Apple 平台提供的安全机制保护本地与 iCloud 数据。任何电子存储方式都无法保证绝对安全，因此我们无法承诺数据在任何情况下均不会发生丢失或未经授权的访问。
Athlyra uses Apple platform security features where possible to protect local and iCloud data.No electronic storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and we cannot promise that data will never be lost or accessed without authorization.
未成年人 / Children
Athlyra 不是专门面向儿童设计的医疗或健康服务。未成年人使用本应用时，应在父母或监护人的指导下进行。
Athlyra is not designed as a medical or health service specifically for children.Minors should use the app under the guidance of a parent or guardian.
